Stan Alleyne is Co-Founder and CEO of Alleyne, Matlock & Associates, where he advises leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His work includes crisis communications, community engagement, leadership transitions, and communications strategy.

He previously served as Chief Communications Officer for Minneapolis Public Schools and Buncombe County Schools in Asheville, NC. He joined the NCLD Board in 2026 and brings a strong commitment to equity, strategic leadership, and mission-driven impact.
