Jil Greene is Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Paradies Lagardère, a travel retail and dining company with more than 1,000 stores and restaurants across airports in North America. She leads the company’s people strategy, culture, leadership work, and sustainability efforts, supporting a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.

Before joining Paradies Lagardère, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at AutoZone. She has also held senior human resources leadership roles with Caesars Entertainment, Aramark, and YUM! Brands, supporting large, multi-site organizations.

She has received several honors, including the Most Powerful and Influential Women of Louisiana Award, the Women of the Year in the Auto Care Industry Award, and the Super Woman in Business Award. She joined the NCLD Board in 2026. She also serves on the Strategic Advisory Board for Scouting America (Atlanta Area Council).
