Adam R. Lalor, Ph.D. is Vice President for Neurodiversity Research and Innovation at Landmark College. With more than two decades of experience in higher education administration, his research focuses on the transition and success of college students with disabilities. In addition to his service to NCLD, he serves in leadership capacities with the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) and the Learning Disabilities Association of America (LDA). Dr. Lalor also sits on the editorial boards of Career Development and Transition for Exceptional Individuals and the Journal of Postsecondary Education and Disability. The author of numerous articles and book chapters, Dr. Lalor co-authored the book From Disability to Diversity: College Success for Students with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder and co-edited The New Accessibility in Higher Education: Leveraging Disruption for Transformative Opportunity. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
