NJCLD Position Papers
The National Joint Committee on Learning Disabilities is committed to the education and welfare of individuals with learning disabilities. It reviews issues for educational and governmental agencies, prepares and disseminates statements about key topics, and clarifies important issues in the area of learning disabilities.
