If your child struggles with learning, might he or she be showing signs or symptoms of a learning disability? Although it does not diagnose learning disabilities, our Learning Disabilities Checklist can provide you with a framework for identifying and addressing specific areas of concern. This checklist can be used for students of all ages — preschool through high school.

Our brochure offers a detailed checklist that addresses these domains:

  • Gross and Fine Motor Skill
  • Language
  • Reading
  • Written Language
  • Math
  • Social/Emotional
  • Attention

Share this easy-to-use checklist with your child's teachers, other parents, and anyone else who might find it useful!
