NCLD has selected the winners of the 2009 Our Kids Count! Art Competition!

The art contest was part of our NCLD's public engagement campaign, Our Kids Count! and called on artists, designers, poets, and bloggers with a learning disability to submit their art.

Three winners were selected in the following age categories — children (ages 4 -11), teens (ages 12 -18) and adults (ages 19 or older).  The winner in each category was awarded a grand prize of $500!

NCLD will use the wining artwork as part of our campaign to help educate politicians, policymakers, educators, and families about learning disabilities. Congratulations to our winners!
