 The National Center for Learning Disabilities’ (NCLD) mission is to ensure success for all individuals with learning disabilities in school, at work and in life. We:

NCLD is committed to ensuring that the nation's 15 million children, adolescents and adults with learning disabilities have every opportunity to succeed in school, work, and life. NCLD’s flagship website, LD.org is the leading online resource providing information and tools to parents of children with learning disabilities (LD) and individuals with LD across the nation. In 2011, the site received just over 1 million total visitors, including 800,000 unique visits.

About RTINetwork.org

One of NCLD’s primary programs, the RTI Action Network is dedicated to the effective implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI) in school districts nationwide. RTINetwork.org serves as a key resource in this process of guiding educators and families through the implementation of RTI, ensuring that students struggling to learn are identified early and receive the necessary supports to be successful. In 2011, the site received 363,000 total visitors, including 254,000 unique visits.

About GetReadytoRead.org


Get Ready to Read! is a service of the National Center for Learning Disabilities, and is designed to support educators, parents, and young children in the development of early literacy skills in the years before kindergarten. Intended for use with all children, the resources and information provided on the site promote skill-building, communication between adults, and ways to address concerns.
